I've always received reasonably good service here. The only thing I have an issue with are their prices. When comparing to other cigar stores I've alway found them to be 20-30% higher here. I've raised the issue a couple times now and always get the response, "it's the taxes, we'd have to sell below cost to compete with the other guys". I understand there's taxes, but everyone has to pay them. Just own the fact that you charge more or adjust your prices to be more competitive, don't lie to me.

While purchasing various items over the years out of necessity rather than choice i've consistently had negative experiences. The older gentleman with the mustache was always kind, respectful and always offered pretty good customer service with helpful advice.
The older lady and gentleman (which I use loosely now) who are there now are consistently rude, impatient, and I've personally witnessed on numerous occasions how intolerant they are towards any person living without a home.
"..30 years of dealing with downtown business" is no excuse for poor customer service behavior. I have worked for and have been a patron of many business that have been around much longer than 30 years and have never seen this type of poor behavior displayed before. Do better.
