Very well located right beside Robinsons Mall and directly in front of Starbucks. The staff are warm and welcoming. You can leave your luggage here for up to three days at no extra charge if you’re heading on a Balabac trip. Van transfers from Puerto Princesa (PPS) to El Nido can also be booked at the reception. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I highly recommend the Flamingo Social Bar, kudos to the cook, the food was absolutely great. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here.

    We'd go nowhere else.

It's a bit embarrassing to admit when you're used to certain comforts, but Hue has not and will not disappoint if you're a foreign traveller. The rooms are spacious, with enough surfaces and storage for you to decompress, unpack, and sort out your luggage, toiletries, shopping—you know how it is.

Bathrooms are clean, spacious, and with complete toiletries and good water pressure.

Room service is pricey—but that's not a problem because Robinson's Place, Pancake House, and Starbucks are just a stone's throw away. Kaunting kembot lang kumbaga.

My husband is a big guy, and he was so comforted by the size of the suites because he doesn't feel like he has to contort himself to fit anywhere. 'As a foreigner, I'm not afraid to brush my teeth or shower in that room'.

Hmm, the Aminah Spa felt a bit dingy, but the rates for the massages are quite a steal.

For Aussies, it's cheaper than an Australian hotel room, and still better than most.

Lastly, all the staff are so kind and accommodating. Special shout-out to Vanessa from reception, for treating us with so much kindness and thoughtfulness after realising we had come from a sic-hour drive from El Nido.

I ended up staying at Hue Hotels under unexpected circumstances. After an accident in El Nido, we had to change our plans and go to Puerto Princesa. My partner was admitted to Adventist Hospital, which is just two blocks away from the hotel. Normally, I could’ve easily walked, but since I was injured as well, my cousin helped by driving me back and forth.
I booked the room thinking my partner would be able to join me shortly after his surgery, but due to the pain and limited mobility, he needed to stay in the hospital for a few more days. Despite everything, my 5-day stay at Hue Hotels was genuinely pleasant. The hotel was fully booked because of Holy Week, yet I was still able to secure a room through Booking as well as walking in, which I was very grateful for.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff were consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating. Every time I stepped out, someone would offer help or check if I needed anything, which meant a lot given the situation.

Overall, I really appreciated my stay here and felt well taken care of. I just wish the reason for staying had been for vacation, and not because circumstances forced us to be there.
