We love coming here for the steak! This time we had the Fettuccine Napolitana with 6 oz sirloin cooked medium rare and the Longbranch burger.

We have had five star food and service here but we have also received worse. The menu is impressive and the staff are usually great. Our last visit was the best with excellent service and perfect steak/ribs.

We were really disappointed with our visit. I ordered shrimp, which was okay, but the butter it came with was extremely overpowering and completely masked the flavor. I also ordered the herb-crusted chicken, but it tasted like it came straight out of the deep fryer—no herb flavor at all. The white gravy was very bland and added nothing to the dish.
My partner ordered a medium-rare steak and it came out very rare. The baked potato was cold. We asked for the steak to be cooked a bit more, but it still came back rare on one side. The potato was reheated and came back hot, which was fine.
We also ordered wings, which were just okay. Overall, the food quality and consistency were lacking. Salads were good. Plenty of refills which were great.
This was our first visit and unfortunately will be our last. The experience didn’t leave us wanting to return.
