I had a great experience with M Social. The overall ambiance is modern, stylish, and very welcoming. The place is clean, well-maintained, and gives off a vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed right away.

I would also like to commend Cel for providing excellent service throughout our stay. She was very accommodating, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly attitude. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests truly made our experience even more memorable.

Highly recommended, and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!

I have booked the hotel for a staycation for our Valentine's day and Anniversary celebration. The booking process was smooth and the staff also kindly accepted my request to accept my flower delivery on the check in day. Upon arrival, we were given free upgrade to the loft which was a nice gesture, but the staff didn't mention it or mentioned briefly for me to take note of it during check-in.

The room was amazing with the stylish design and functionality. The breakfast service was awesome with great variety of choices. Overall, it was worth it to stay here for a staycation and I would definitely come back here!

The lighting in the room is very dim and not to my liking. The desk lamp also appears to be damaged at the handle, making it difficult to operate. Additionally, the space between the bed and the desk/chair is very limited, making the room feel cramped and difficult to move around in.

The small outdoor patio is a nice touch and a definite highlight. The bathroom and toilet are satisfactory, and the bed is comfortable.

The check-in experience is quite smooth. The duty manager at the front office is very friendly and helpful. The staff are a bit slow at times, possibly due to the check-in and reservation system. At departure, the level of attentiveness from the staff seemed to decline, and the guest experience felt less of a priority.

The hotel may want to consider engaging a Japanese designer to assess the property and room layout, as the space currently feels very cramped. A sliding door between the bathroom and bedroom could be more suitable than the current setup. It may also be worth rethinking the desk and chair arrangement, as the existing layout makes the room difficult to navigate. Adjusting the type of chair used might also improve ease of movement.
