It's surprisingly peaceful. I only saw a few people when I went there.
If you go down from the Rizal park just past the stadium, you'll get a stunning view of the lake.
And no, there's no garbage or anything unlikely floating on the lake. It really is surreal. Anyone can definitely enjoy the visit.
