Location: One of the most positive aspect, right next Hiroshima main bus station and next to Hiroshima Peace memorial park. Around 10 min bus journey from Hiroshima station.
Front desk: Well manned and proficient in English. Handles the crowd quite efficiently. The check in and check out was extremely hastlefree.
Rooms: I took the standard twin room facing the city side. The room was quite spacious in terms of Japanese standard and amenities were quite top notch.
Washroom: Certainly in the smaller side, still quite comfortable and had all basic and advanced amenities.
    Housekeeping: Quite prompt and responsible.
Breakfast buffet: Quite brilliant having 20 course meal along with couple of live counters. Live breakfast counters are generally not seen in much developed nations but it had it. The breakfast place is slightly smaller than the expected crowd, so you may need to wait 10-15 minutes for your turn to come.
Other restaurants: There quite a few (around 4 in numbers) which offers round the clock meal services, however extremely costly. You can find numerous other standard restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel in walking distances.
Summary: All in all one of the best properties in the central location of Hiroshima with great value for money.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Our travel agent had booked an executive room, it was on the 30th floor with the most amazing view we will never forget. The breakfast for these rooms are on the upper floor but we were confused as we were asked what time we wanted breakfast and type in Western or Japanese. It turned out it is then prepared for you and then that's what arrives. We then asked if we could have the buffet breakfast we had seen on the ground floor so we preferred breakfast there. It was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located for the main attractions in Hiroshima. We got a ferry from by the Peace Dome (a 7 min walk) to the Miyajima Island. We were given complimentary tickets for the art museum which is opposite which we enjoyed. The hotel is one of the older places in Hiroshima but we would not hesitate to return here. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful city.

The stay was comfortable and the hotel very centrally located. The check in was a little slower than the other hotels during our trip, front desk was polite and professional but did struggle more with English. The king bed room was spacious and clean but did have some remnant smell of cigarette smell in a non smoking room. We did comment and ask for help at front desk, they indicated they could see if there was an option to switch rooms but needed to do it then, hotel was full and would be challenging doing later. We only had a a day and a half and really were focused on trying to get out and start sight seeing before it got dark, so did not want to spend time right then to switch and we had no choice to accept the room. They indicated they would send housekeeping to try sanitize spray the room and put on some kind of air purifier for us but when we returned a few hours later nothing had changed or improved. It was bearable but not ideal as we are sensitive to smoke. The view from the room was good, bed reasonably comfortable, bathroom a little dated but functional and clean. We used the clothes washer and dryers there. They were 2 in 1 machines and worked but they took very long to dry, so start early if possible.
Breakfast was good, busy but lots of variety and was worthwhile to include.
