We recently stayed at Rizal Park Hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The design of the hotel is beautiful — elegant, classic, and very well-maintained. It immediately gives a warm and luxurious feel the moment you enter.
The staff were all friendly, but we especially want to commend the person assigned at the swimming pool area. Not able to get their names. They were very helpful and accommodating, making our time by the pool even more enjoyable.
The room was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was perfectly cold, just the way we like it. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We booked 3 separate rooms (2 Queen and 1 King) for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. Each room was good for 2 pax and included a free breakfast buffet. Setting your expectations there are no refrigerator in the room. Children 7 years old and below stay free, which was a nice perk.
The staff were wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay.
Amenities: Complimentary use of the sauna, gym, and pool (4ft) with a view of Manila Bay. The jacuzzi wasn’t functional during our stay, but the view made up for it.
Breakfast Buffet: The food was tasteful, with a different set each day. I especially loved the champorado, tinapang galunggong, and fried rice. You can also request freshly cooked pasta and eggs—I really enjoyed the aglio olio pasta and sunny-side-up eggs.

To be fair, we (3 rooms) stayed here for several nights and it was the last week of a 2 month long trip around Southeast Asia – so yes we were getting weary. All of us loved our rooms- best showers on the trip and great mattresses.. yay!! Very important!
Everyone who worked there had a great demeanor and attitude which is also wonderful.
The breakfast buffet was a train wreck. Weird, I was reading other reviews before I decided to write one and several others said they had issues with breakfast yet no one has bothered to address these problems. Hmmm.. where is management?
Besides the food being not very international and not hot and empty food warmers not being re-stocked – so not cool… the WORSE part was, our rooms offered complimentary breakfast buffet but as it turns out, ONLY FOR ONE PERSON PER ROOM! I googled does any hotel in the world do that? NO! Whose idea was this? Why couldn’t the front desk address this immediately? Nope- nothing- sorry. Even worse, my husband said he would just have coffee and skip breakfast, so you know what the hostess did? She kept walking by our table like to check and make sure he wasn’t cheating! So disrespectful! Really left a very poor impression on the hotel overall. What a shame. Also, sounds like the mold and leaks in the ceilings have been going on a long time- maybe management could deal with that- walking in and having water literally drip on us in the check-in line and looking up to see black mold everywhere- also not good. This should be an excellent property, but it just wasn’t.
