I have subscription for the gym and the pool. Although they have a great variety of machines, some are a bit old and rusty, especially in the outside area.

Great first day at the gym I did some light workouts, walk streadmill, bike, chest press, shoulder press and whatever else only like 5 machines maybe, but next time I'd like to swim in the pool and get back into doing that. I'm not a heavy lifter just today I had to go light weight because I've been out of a gym for a long while years maybe. The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions i kept bugging them about everything and they were nice enough to answer respectfully so that was good.

I love this gym! It has all the machines you need, a fabulous swimming pool, and classes. You can watch movies and shows on one of 4 screens while working out, or view / listen to your iPod. It has the most positive vibe, too!
