Probably the best place to go when you really want to try well-cooked filipino food – better than common places like crisostomo, romulo’s, XO, and pamana. Serving size is small tho for the price but don’t really come here to get very full. Went here to try authentic bulacan culinary and it went beyond our expectations

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their pjnakbet is very very rich and umami, and is the only pinakbet i’ve enjoyed. Crispy tadyang is juicy, tender, and the short rib marbling melts in your mouth. Laing is cooked perfectly and you really taste the delicateness and length of their cooking process. Kuhol sa gata is also great and the flavors are richer than usual.

Yung mga saks lang na i might not recommend is binawang na manok (parang adobo), gambas ala tisa (sorry tisa), and yung Maloleño Rice

Car park is available. Can fit about 8 cars. Delicious food. Good service, staffs are very attentive. Dined in around 7pm on a Monday and the restaurant was not busy.

Under some renovations right now but was pleasantly surprised. Texas ribs were meaty and tasty but quite salty with a small but good mashed potato side but veggies were subpar (frozen?). Bistek Tagalog had a good flavor. The Seafood ala Pobre was a disappointment – main flavor was oil, needed seasoning, better oil. Could go back here many times to try different menu items.
