We saw a Newport Playgoers production if It's a Wonderful Life. Absolutely brilliant, far better than I'd imagined an amateur production could be. The atmosphere is great too, with everyone seeming to know each other, and volunteers manning everything.

This wonderful Theatre in the centre of Newport, (opposite the University campus on Queensway), is currently celebrating its Centenary year with a wide range of plays, concerts, pantomime and shows that have excellent performances by the exceptional Newport Playgoers, Sharon Higgins School of Dance, Glass Ceiling theatre group, Young Playgoers and many more.
