Very nice mainstream hotel. We had Lakeview king rooms that were very large. Had all the in-room amenities that are standard in such hotels. Both indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast buffet was okay; nothing fancy, but served its purpose. Marshmallow roasting fire provided in the evening and free s'more makings! No restaurant for lunch or dinner, but many nearby options. No room service.

We had a great time there during our visit to Bentleyville. Nice view of the lake, kids loved the pool (didn't make it to the outdoor pool), and they loved roasting marshmallows out back. We plan to stay again next year.

I had a very comfortable stay here but was underwhelmed with the hotel itself. For the money I paid, I was expecting a little more. The lakeside room view and water/seagull sounds were certainly the best part – and Canal Park Location. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the soaps and lotions provided – those felt high end and smelled amazing. It was also very quiet, I didn’t hear much noise at all from neighboring rooms. The cozy fall decor in the lobby was also great. The rooms and hotel itself were quite dated. I was a bit disappointed in breakfast too. I am gluten free and there was very little I could eat, but the waffles did smell incredible. I appreciated the egg options and the hot delicious coffee. I would stay again with expectations in check – you are paying for location and the hotel could certainly use some updating.
