Great value for money! I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this hotel. In our experience, the receptionists were very nice and assisted us with all our bags. Security is solid with three guards at the entrance. The pool staff is also very attentive; I even saw a lifeguard immediately jump in to help a child in distress.
They provide a microwave and water dispenser for free, though I suggest the staff check the water levels more often, as our gallon ran out and we had to go down to the lobby for a refill. The amenities are good, but I do wish they would limit loud party music to 8:00 PM; some guests just want to relax.
One downside was the 11:00 AM check-out reminder call. We found this unnecessary and a bit uncomfortable, as we were fully aware of the time. Since there is a 1,000 PHP deposit, it might be better to just charge for late check-outs instead of calling the room. Also, parking is limited to about 5–6 cars, so I recommend bringing a motorcycle, taking a Grab, or parking at MOA. Overall, we will definitely go back! The plants and trees make it very refreshing, and there were no mosquitoes. Just a few facility improvements and it would be perfect.

The service was great and all the staff was polite and kind to their customers. They make sure that all you need will be given.
The place is amazing ,relaxing and the people at the pool was always around to monitor the safety of the swimmers.

Staff service are great. They are quick to assist if needed.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Parking is not so spacious as others have commented.
It’s quite a distance from town center or public transport but easy to get grab/taxi.
Haven’t tried their foods/buffet, BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR MASSAGE PLACE JUST ABOVE 7’11!! BEST MASSAGE WE’VE HAD IN YEARS PLUS A SURPRISE FINALE STRETCHING 😆.. 🫶
