A great institution for higher education and certificate training programs. They've also just opened a new entrepreneurship center @ the downtown campus!

Really caters to the older crowd and middle easterns, you'll notice the programs and classes have a real old school mindset and doesn't cater to every type of student. As a foster youth attending here there is not enough resources discussed on campus for us. The students are always loud in the hallways during class hours and nobody likes to answer the phone when u 1st call. I had to threaten financial office more than once about me filing a complaint because of the lack of response. Be ready to advocate for yourself here and if u don't know how make sure u have a parent or trusted adult who does.
*Update! 2/17/26 – This schools financial aid office is horrible! I don't know who these people think they are playing with but they got one more semester to mess up my scholarship funds before I take it to the news and file a report with the State! Ain't no way yall are still gonna get government funding knowing yall denying or delaying aid for the most vulnerable!

Very unorganized staff Samuel Craig AAS and James Jackson (CJS) both do not respond to emails I have emailed both 4 times on the same issue which is having a hold on my financial aid because they didn’t log my attendance and still no response. I called the distance learning hotline and they told me to wait 48 more hours on top of what I already waited and the financial aid department sent me in circles as well. This is not the first instance of wcccd having these problems with these teachers unfortunately I didn’t read the rate my professor and these teachers are known for doing this wcccd do BETTER!
