Overall the hotel itself was good.
Rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
That said, the location didn’t feel the safest, especially later in the evening.
Also, finding a parking spot close to the hotel can be a bit of a hassle, which was inconvenient.
Good property and service, but the surrounding area and parking situation are definitely things to keep in mind.

Cleaning service was great. Rooms comfortable. Had to wait for hot water but when it reached the 15th floor it was plentiful.The restaurant hours were not great. You can't get lunch in restaurant on weekends. Always love the warm cookies at check in.

Enjoy the rooms, the location but parked in a spot next to the 15 minutes check in sign, that was not marked, not in the ones that are marked Im.park. Was fined 95$, but they were nice enough to give us a discount if we payed in a week 🤨yes 83$ dollars. Complained to the hotel check in desk, was told Impark is not tied to the hotel . Well, I am glad my business is appreciated .
