A nice hotel for transit. Although the room is small, it is quite well-equipped, including a refrigerator, hair dryer, and even a bathtub. The best part about this hotel is its location near the MRT station. And for us Muslims, the proximity to the mosque is a plus, as it offers a variety of halal restaurants nearby. Overall, everything was comfortable.

paint is basically a landlord special.
decent location for a layover if you just need to put your head down for cheap.

A convenient hotel for a layover, but not much to do in the immediate area, if staying for more than 1 night. Hotel room AC is locked into freeze mode.
PROS
– Filtered water tap in bathroom
– Relatively clean & quiet rooms
– 4 MRT stops from airport, 7mins walk from MRT station
– Firm, yet comfortable beds though quite small
– Staff seem reasonably friendly
– Take bus 32/135 South to get to Siglap center mall
– Take MRT 1 stop East to Bedok for Bedok mall
– Take MRT 1 stop West to Eunos for Joo Chiat district restaurants
CONS
– AC is hard set at a bone-chilling 18C and is controlled from the front desk – not sure why
– Need to call the front desk every time you re-enter the room to either disable or reset the AC temp from its 18C default
– Not a whole lot of food (or anything) options in the immediate area
– Bathroom is small but at least the shower has a glass barrier
– Cant open window. e.g. If AC is too cold!
