⬆️ You will find the concierge desk and art gallery space.
➡️ Take the right side of concierge desk and this path will lead you to the elevator 🛗 (no need to stand by at the concierge desk😉, feel free to walk past)
⬆️Press level 55 in the elevator
🖼️🏙️ It will lead you to the path of observatory deck🌁🌉
Guess you can enjoy some nice view from here. On crowded days you may be allowed to stay for 10min which is more than enough.
⭐⭐Bonus points: weekdays had no wait for me, whereas weekends may be crowded⭐⭐
There is a bar and cafe located at this level to enjoy the view and have some food with some happy hours deal. I guess they accept reservations.

Really enjoyed the views and was a great place to chat with a friend. They don't blast music which was great. The drinks were pricey, which was expected, however it was still enjoyable.

ION Sky is open to the public with no admission fee. To get there, head to the 4th floor of ION Orchard & look for the art gallery & concierge area. Walk past the concierge desk, then turn right into the lift lobby, where 2 dedicated lifts take you directly up to the observation deck on the 55th floor. The view is best on a clear day, & it’s usually less crowded on weekdays. Do note that the deck may sometimes be closed for private events, so it’s best to check the ION Orchard website in advance.
