I recently had a complimentary stay at this establishment to compensate for a previous stay which was less than desirable. I held off reviewing the hotel until I had given the chance at redemption and I'm glad I did. There were a multitude of problems during the initial stay but the complimentary stay has definitely won me over. The service was fantastic, friendly staff and an absolutely phenomenal suite with stunning views of the city centre and an extremely comfortable bed so we had a brilliant sleep. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to suit all tastes including a vegan section. I would absolutely return and would like to thank the staff for providing a 10/10 stay.

A truly exceptional hotel! The Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast offers outstanding comfort, elegant décor, and impeccable service. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. The location is perfect — close to everything in the city. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Belfast. Worth every star!

Cannot overstate how incredible the service is here. We stayed for our wedding and I am so happy we did. Location is perfect, right by city Hall. Rooms are lovely.
The service from every member of staff here is really second to none. They made so much effort to make the day special for us. Trisha and Sarah even acted as our witnesses and were superb cheerleaders. Trisha particularly went above and beyond for us and I just can't thank her enough. They really do create a unique experience for the guests here.
Every staff member we encountered here from the concierge, to the bar staff, everyone was just incredible.
We will definitely be returning any time we are in Belfast.
