We came to Lift after my daughter’s previous apartment (just two blocks away) was severely flooded and became uninhabitable. We needed a new place quickly, preferably nearby so she could stay close to work.

The Lift team was amazing from the start — professional, kind, and responsive. Malik, Shasha, Jordan, Kimmy, and even Dustin (the head of maintenance) all went above and beyond to help us secure an apartment and move in within 48 hours. When they heard about a small issue with the patio door, they immediately stepped in to help.

After everything my daughter went through, it’s a huge relief knowing she’s now in good hands — in a place with 24-hour on-site maintenance, working amenities, and a team that genuinely cares. The building itself is simple and practical, but the people make all the difference. This team truly deserves recognition for their excellent service and kindness.

I lived at LIFT for 30mo/2.5years. I was very pleased with my experience here. I lived in both a 2 bed and 3 bed apartment during my time here and loved both. The apartments were clean and spacious I also feel like the layouts are well thought out. I utilized the common areas frequently for studying and it was a great space to have in the late hours. I also utilized all of the amenities like coffee, dog park, gym, pool, and courtyard. They were always well kept and pleasant spaces to be in. I loved the location it was near downtown and even walkable to many cool spots in midtown. Because of the location there are some people around experiencing homelessness however I felt like LIFT had good security including a fully closing garage door, and locking doors all around the building. I know other luxury apartments in the area had people from the streets that did not live there at their doorsteps but I did not experience that here. I never had a bug problem or sanitary issues in general. Any work order I put in was addressed and fixed properly by very respectful employees. Lastly the community at LIFT is awesome. You get to really know your neighbors which is very nice and it definitely has a community within it. Unfortunately I moved out of the city but if I hadn't I would have stayed longer! Every apartment has issues to some degree but so does every place of living however I feel like at LIFT the staff cares and makes changes accordingly which I think is above and beyond. I hope this helps to anyone making a decision in the OKC area!

I've been at LIFT for almost a month and am very happy that I chose them. The staff has been awesome and I have no complaints. I've had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the following day. I've enjoyed the amenities and the location is within easy walking distance of good restaurants and coffee shops.
